- Build a treasure trove of potential clients through networking and good ol’ cold calling
- Spend 6-8 hours day charming folks over the phone while closing deals and tackling service tasks

**Skills:**
- Proven experience as an insurance agent or something similar
- Sales wizardry
- Familiarity with all things insurance (think auto, fire, life, health)
