 We’re looking for a high-performing producer to drive new business in a lean, growing insurance agency. You’ll collaborate with the agency owner twice a week in-office to refine strategy, sharpen your pitch, and keep the momentum high.

đź’Ľ Your Responsibilities
- Quote, call, follow-up, and close business daily
- Track and report progress daily via CRM or Slack
- Be in-office 2x/week for coaching, collaboration, and focused work
- Ask for referrals and Google reviews from every client you serve
- Take ownership of your sales performance with no excuses
đź’° Compensation
- Â Base Pay | $21/hourÂ
- Â Commission | 4% of all written premium
-  Monthly Team Bonus | $150–$300 when group goals are met
- Quarterly Growth Bonus | $500 when agency stretch goals are achieved
- Renewal Share | % of personally written production, paid bi-annually after 1 Year

You Need to Have
- Active P&C license (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- 1+ year in insurance or similar sales-heavy role
- Atlanta Metro–based + able to commute 2x/week
- Solid phone skills, high emotional intelligence, clear communication
- CRM experience and comfort with remote tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
